Our own low-code platform
We've built our own low-code platform that cuts development time and cost and lets us adapt quickly to business requirements. New functionality is built mostly through configuration rather than code, which lowers the skill bar for developers.
Tree and graph database structuresAll entities and metadata are stored using an entity-relationship model — cutting the number of tables down to 2 core tables plus a few supporting ones.
User interface editorOur own web-form builder with ready-made, reusable elements: grid, treelist, listview, pivot.
Business process builderA built-in editor based on the BPMN 2.0 notation.

Why TopHR
TopHR is Cloudmaker's HR product. It's backed by experience from major Oracle HCM implementations and our own low-code platform: the system can be configured to fit a specific company's processes, instead of forcing the company to fit the system.
Why data stays in Kazakhstan
Data is stored and processed inside Kazakhstan across every deployment option, in line with the RK Digital Code and the "On Personal Data" law. Hybrid and On-premise are available for banks and the public sector: personal data never leaves the customer's own perimeter.
