About the product
What is TopHR?
A cloud talent management platform: org structure, self-service portals, recruitment, onboarding, goals, competencies, talent pool, learning, surveys and flexible configuration — 10 modules in one system.
Can I connect only some of the modules?
Yes. Modules are enabled individually and run on shared employee data. You can expand the set gradually.
What's the difference between competency evaluation in the module and TopHR 360?
Competency evaluation, including the 360° method, is part of the "Competency Management" module: campaigns launch in the system, and forms can be filled in via WhatsApp. TopHR 360 is a separate one-off, turnkey assessment product with no ongoing subscription, delivered on request together with partner Talent Craft.
Rollout
How long does launch take?
TopHR Start — a couple of weeks. TopHR Custom with customization and SAP, Oracle or Colvir integrations — several months, delivered as a project.
Who configures the system?
The TopHR implementation team: data loading, process and role configuration, integrations, training for your team.
Do we need a separate project with our IT team?
Not for cloud hosting. For On-premise, your IT team is involved at the installation stage.
Security & data
Where is the data stored?
On servers in Kazakhstan — across every hosting option. In Hybrid mode, personal data never leaves your company's IT perimeter. The platform complies with the Digital Code of the RK and the Personal Data Law.
What hosting options are available?
Cloud (on our side), Hybrid (a private server in your network's DMZ zone, personal data stays inside your perimeter), and On-premise (a full installation inside your perimeter). All three keep data inside Kazakhstan.
How is access segregated?
A role-based access model and a user-action log. Configured to match your company's structure.
Pricing
What pricing plans are there?
Three options: a free 3-month pilot project (150–200 employees), TopHR Start — a ready platform with 1C integration (project cost 4.5–7.5 million ₸), and TopHR Custom — customized to your company's processes (on request).
Is there a free trial period?
Yes, a pilot project: 3 months free for companies with 150–200 employees, with no integration or custom development.
