Module

Your company's org structure — always up to date

TopHR builds a live org structure from your HR system: business units, departments, positions and headcount slots. Who works where, which positions are open, and how the structure has changed — visible in real time, no more manual Visio diagrams.

What the module delivers

A single source of truth for the structureBusiness units, departments, positions and headcount slots in one directory, synced automatically from 1C. No more mismatched Excel versions.
An org chart with no manual workThe chart builds itself and updates with every HR change. No more redrawing the org structure in Visio.
A full change historyEvery directory entry has a validity period (a "from" and "to" date). You can see what the structure looked like on any date.
Transparent reporting linesAdministrative, functional and project hierarchies — all at once, with no confusion over "who manages whom."

How it works

Connect 1C 8.3

Integration over REST or SOAP, or through your own API. One call per process, minimal configuration.

Load the structure

Departments, headcount plan, position slots, employees and orders flow into TopHR.

Scheduled sync

The services return only what's changed since a given date — the structure stays current with no manual export.

Work with the chart

The org chart, headcount view, date-based snapshots, employee search.

Module capabilities

  • Directories for business units, departments, positions and headcount slots: create, edit, move, delete
  • A validity period ("from" / "to" date) on every entry — a full change history for the directories
  • An org-structure diagram: a "clean" structure (departments and positions) or with headcount overlaid (names, photos)
  • Configuring the level of detail shown in the diagram
  • A separate view for the functional hierarchy
  • Three subordination types: administrative, functional, project
  • Tracking employee absence types: annual leave, maternity, parental, unplanned
  • Drilling down to a specific employee and opening their profile
  • Forming employee groups for training, surveys and communications
  • Employee search and a change history for both departments and individuals

1C 8.3 synchronization

HR data arrives from 1C automatically — no manual export, no double entry. Personal-data processing and segregation happen on your company's private server.

  • REST and SOAP protocols plus the platform's own API
  • One API call per process, no heavy configuration
  • Login/password authorization for integration services
  • Only changes since a given date to the present are transferred
Ready-made integration services: org structure and changes since a date · a department's change history · headcount plan and its changes · a position-slot directory · a list of employees, plus those changed since a date · an employee's change history · extended employee information by staff number · an employee's orders and all orders for a period · order-type and working-time-type directories.

Outcome

A transparent company structure, a single source of truth about employees, and instant updates from 1C. Managers don't need to email HR to find out who reports to whom or where a position is open.

Frequently asked

Can we see what the structure looked like six months ago?
Yes. Every directory entry has a validity period ("from" and "to" dates), so a snapshot of the org structure can be built for any date.
Do we have to draw the org chart manually?
No. The chart builds automatically from the department and position directories and updates with every HR change.
What subordination types are supported?
Administrative, functional and project — all at once. Every employee shows all their reporting lines.
How does data arrive from 1C?
Through integration services over REST, SOAP or API. The process runs with one call, transferring only changes since a given date. Personal-data segregation happens on the customer's private server.
