A familiar picture: a manager cannot take in their team at a glance. For every piece of information — a remaining vacation balance, an employee's current status, a test result — they send a request to HR and wait for an answer. And instead of developing talent, HR works as an information desk.
What “My team” is
It is a feature for managers in the self-service module: consolidated information about direct reports in one interface. Basic data and an extended set — hire date, remaining vacation days, current status and location, deputies, test results and competency assessments.
What it changes
The manager answers most questions on their own, at the moment they arise — when planning vacations, distributing workload, preparing for reviews. HR is relieved of a stream of routine requests and gets on with what the function exists for.
Not just a directory
From here the manager can also see the goals of their organizational unit and check the team's remaining vacation days before approving the next vacation request.
